- Dr. Frances T. Meredith, MD is a Functional Medicine physician practicing in the Triangle area of North Carolina since 2017.
- Prior to transitioning to Functional Medicine, Dr. Meredith provided Primary Care and Infectious Disease expertise in the Triangle area for more than 20 years, serving patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
