- Began his career with a Sport & Exercise Science degree at the University of Bath, where he competed in track and field.

- After almost two decades in professional sport, transitioned focus toward private physiotherapy while spending more time with his young family.
- Provides consultancy support for Manchester United, AFC Bournemouth, and Salford City FC.
- Offers clinical services at Medicana Hospital in Winchester and Geneviv Clinic in Belgravia, London.
- Specializes in physiotherapy, movement assessment, rehabilitation, sports performance, and injury recovery.
- Outside of professional work, enjoys gym training, hiking, and spending time with his family.
